Flat Springs

This product line includes large diversity of springs, clips, forms, contacts which are made of flat material. The production line consists of multi-slide machines, electrical ex-centric presses with automatic control, bending / cutting devices and equipment for surface and thermal treatments. The production process is multi-phase, including variable number of configuration operations, which use different methodologies, according to the product specifications. The company's large experience and knowledge enable Nordia Springs to contest successfully with many difficulties, which are bound to the production of these types of springs. 

Our engineers using various materials for designing flat springs including: stainless steel, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, brass, bronze, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, nickel and chrome vanadium. Flat springs are available in various finishes including black oxide, cadmium, nickel plating, manganese phosphate, powder coated, tin and zinc finished.
