Manufacturing

Nordia Springs offers a comprehensive scope of springs for any existing demand. Our high level of production is based on modern, computerized machinery. Our manufacturing operations are controlled and well defined from the coiling, via stress relief, grinding, chamfering, shot peening, pre-stress (cold and hot), identification process, including 100% sorting for free length, loads, inner / outer diameter and other spring’s parameters. Coating / Plating

Coating / Plating are the applications of a surface finish applied to springs. Nearly all manufactured springs have some type of surface finishing. Plating / Coating increases sturdiness, prevents corrosion, provides hardness, or gives an attractive finish to springs. More

Testing

Nordia Springs performs comprehensive analysis and tests through complete production processing. Upon customers specifications our laboratory and sub-contractors perform tests starting from incoming inspection of raw materials, real time in-line and off-line examinations and final inspection. More

Failure Analysis

Nordia Spring’s laboratory is equipped with modern devices to support failure investigation of springs: examining the fracture, micro-structure, material conditions, and defining the reason for failure and recommending any necessary corrective action. More

Nordia Springs mobilizes its products all over the world. We are using most efficient transport means, full containers, in most cases. In urgent cases we are making shipments by air. Our front warehouses are located in Hungary, France, Germany, Mexico, and Czech Republic. Upon customer’s demand we keep safety stock at Nordia Springs and / or front warehouses. The whole logistics control plan is computerized and daily updated. Our logistical information flow is computerized via EDI. More
